He is known for not only clinical but also in academic circles in spine surgery. He is actively involved in clinical research and involved with a lot of research organisations relating spinal care. Dr. Shailesh Hadgaonkar has a vast experience of practising orthopaedics and spine in three continents of the globe. He has presented papers related spinal clinical work nationally as well as internationally. He is been invited as a faculty at various conferences so far. His practise involves degenerative, traumatic, malignancies, paediatric, and deformity and revision surgeries. Also he is involved in interventional orthopaedic spine work.
